Broker and/or Brokers Do Not Assume Any Fiduciary Duties to You
You understand and agree that Broker and/or Brokers have not entered into any form of fiduciary or brokerage relationship with You solely by Your use of the Site or the Services, or accessing the Materials available on the Site. Arbitration and Injunctive Relief

The parties expressly waive any objections to the personal jurisdiction or venue of such courts.
